Say hello to DRYSODA.
45-70 calories each.
4 ingredients: pure cane sugar – natural fruit, flower or herb flavour – clean preservatives – purified carbonated water.
I stumbled across these the other day while popping into Green’s Organic + Natural Market for a juice, and HAD to grab a couple bottles. They were so eye-catching on the shelf! Damn you, clever marketing. Why do you always know me so well? I love the minimalist design and fun pop of colour on these bottles.
The drink itself is pleasantly well-carbonated, refreshing and subtle in flavour – which may not be so great for those of you who are used to SWEET drinks, but may work as a good transitional drink for everyone looking to cut sugar out of their diets. While I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the cucumber or blood orange flavours, I LOVE Vanilla Bean!
(Of course I have to like the one with the most calories, am I right?)
Judging by the comments I’ve read online, apparently Rhubarb and Juniper Berry are pretty good too. Guess I’ll have to find out and let ya know.
I can see how these will come in handy over the next couple months in the hot summer heat, post-workout and for photographic/design/minimalist inspiration ;) I’m a fan.
If you’ve tried DrySoda, let me know what you think. If you haven’t, do, AND THEN let me know what you think! ;)
